Engaging with the Media

Most of CBGA's efforts are meant for democratizing the discourse on budgets and policies in the country and making the budgets and policies responsive to the underprivileged. However, for realization of these key objectives, it is very important that the information generated by CBGA reach as many people as possible. Hence, strategic communication and dissemination of CBGA's outputs holds a lot of importance. In this regard, media is a crucial link between the work done by CBGA and the people at large.

CBGA's engagement with media has been sustained and growing both in print as well as electronic media. Popular newspapers, such as, the Times of India, the Hindu, the Business Standard and the Mint, have been covering CBGA's analysis since the last few years. CBGA staffs are invited to talk shows on a range of issues pertaining to budgets and governance.
