This issue of Budget Track drew attention to government provisioning for some basic problems confronting common people – concerns relating to food security and nutrition, livelihood security and adaptation to climate change. It also took stock of the debates during sessions of Parliament, the legislations passed and those under consideration, and policy measures in the pipeline.
