A Brief Overview of Policy Responses to the Economic Impact of COVID-19 in Select Countries
Governments across the world have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic crisis through a range of policy measures. The scale and the nature the policy measures, however, has differed across countries.
In this backdrop, this Note presents brief summaries of the policy responses to the COVID-19 crisis by four countries, viz. Brazil, Germany, South Africa and the USA.
