The Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, 2020 was passed by Lok Sabha on September 17,  2020 and then by the Rajya Sabha on September 20, 2020. This Bill replaces the Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Ordinance, 2020.
