Training on Budget Sensitisation for the Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Castes
This training module has been developed in collaboration with National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights (NCDHR) as a reference toolkit for training facilitators. Its aim is to guide the training facilitators provide training on budget analysis and policy engagement for Post- Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste (PMS-SC).
The module provides an understanding of the objective of the training and the target audience, structure and content for the training including general budgeting process, and understanding and analysing the budget for PMS-SC. It further provides a learning framework, session plans, execution and facilitation tips, and links and references to other knowledge product to help the facilitators streamline the training on PMS-SC budget analysis and policy engagement. The module also provides a sample training needs assessment and feedback forms, quizzes, practical activities, and budget worksheets.
