Training on Budget Sensitisation for the Self-Employment Scheme for Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers (SRMS)
Under SPARK project, this training module has been developed in collaboration with Safai Karamchari Andolan (SKA) as a reference toolkit for training facilitators for providing budget analysis and policy engagement training on Self-Employment Scheme for Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers (SRMS).
Envisioned as a training resource for institutional use, this module include-the understanding of the objective of the training and the target audience, structure and content for the training, learning framework, session plans, execution and facilitation tips, and links and references to other knowledge products. The module also provides a sample training needs assessment and feedback forms, quizzes, practical activities, and budget worksheets.
The module is available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
